Namaste my dear yoga lovers!
My blog is dedicated to the life changing learnings gained through the daily practice of yoga. I would love to share with you my experience of yoga and try to encourage you and help you with every question you have.
Yoga is a blissfull state, a state of happiness, a life changing process; the long journey to self discovery throught mind and body control techniques and constant observation.
Yoga involves both physical and mental benefits;
  • As far as the physical benefits are concerned to name a few, yoga increases flexibility, strength, muscle tone, endurance, balance, joint health, it is suitable for pain prevention and therapy, better breathing,¬†improved body posture andweight loss; yoga also improves the functions of the immune, endocrine and nervous systems.
  • As far as the mental benefits are concerned, though yoga we can achieve the following: stress reduction, concentration, relaxation and calmness, depression, insomnia and anxiety attacks treatment, improved body awareness and self confidence.
